What is the best size for a business card?
This is a common question but the most important thing to keep in mind is its application. Generally speaking, the standard size (2" x 3.5") will be the best choice for your needs.

Standard Gloss
Standard Gloss is the US Standard of business cards. They have a shiny laminate.
Standard Matte
Standard Matte cards feature a non-reflective finish, come with full-color, double-sided printing included, and offer the option to add Spot Gloss for an extra fee.
Flat Foil
Flat foil cards offer gloss, uncoated, or silk laminates with one or multi-color foil options for one or both sides. Keep foil coverage under 30%, avoid small details, and use a 12pt font for best results. A mask file is required.
Pearl
14pt Metallic Pearl paper shimmers in the light when viewed from different angles. The cardstock is embedded with Pearl fibers that give the paper an overall smooth, metallic look.
Silk
Silk cards feature a smooth, matte texture, and are double-laminated for durability, making them water and tear-resistant. Spot Gloss can be added for an extra fee.
Suede
Suede cards begin with a ~15pt cardstock base and a velvety 19pt thickness due to a non-reflective laminate. They have a soft, water-resistant texture and offer an option for Spot Gloss at an extra cost.
Raised Foil
Raised Foil is crafted on ~15pt cardstock with suede lamination for a 19pt thickness, providing a tactile foil effect. Keep in mind not to exceed 30% foil coverage, avoid small details, and use a solid background color. A mask file is required.
Spot Gloss and Raised Spot Gloss
Spot Gloss is applied to ~15pt cardstock, creating a flat shiny finish on specific areas. Raised Spot Gloss, with a tactile effect, is also available. Use fonts no smaller than 9pt, and a mask file is needed for this card.
Edge
Edge cards are a thick 32pt cardstock with an uncoated front and back. The thickness of the edge allows us to add a color to the sides of the card. We recommend using a solid background color on these to make the edge stand out.
WetSafe
Printed on a 10pt thick stock, Wetsafe is water resistant, resilient, and durable for years to come. Please note that WetSafe cards are only available in 2" x 3.5".
Plastic
Printed on 20pt plastic in three styles: white, frosted (semi-transparent), and clear (transparent). For frosted and clear cards, we print on one side, and white on the design appears as white on white cards and frosted/clear on the others.
Brown Kraft
Printed on 18pt recycled cardstock, Brown Kraft cards offer an organic, natural look with an uncoated finish, adding warmth and rustic appeal to images. A white base enhances artwork colors; you can request no white base if desired.
Choose to print images on one or both sides of your card. If Front & Back is chosen, both sides of your card will have artwork and/or color. If Front Only is chosen, the back of your card will be be blank and white.
Please note that front and back printing is included with most cards at no additional cost. Select cards do require an upcharge for both side printing.
